Bridging the gap between AI and industry in India
My journey at Fraunhofer took an unexpected turn when I met someone who shared the same realization as I did—India had a vast gap in AI understanding (study vs industrial need). It wasn’t just about implementing AI; the deeper issue was the lack of curiosity, to question why. Too many students saw AI as just a software development rather than a field of innovation.
Driven by a shared vision, we set out to change this. We wanted to ignite a spark in students, to help them see AI not as a task but as a tool for transformation. Our mission was to cultivate a mindset of innovation, where they wouldn’t just follow instructions but challenge ideas, explore possibilities, and break free from a system that made them passive participants.
Believing that education should be free and accessible to all, we dedicated ourselves to this cause without seeking profit. This journey became about more than AI—it became about empowerment, about reshaping the way students think, question, and create.

Leadership journey
My journey as a leader began when I was selected as a Talent to Watch and embarked on a year-long leadership training program. The path started with an Inner Matrix evaluation, a profound experience that provided deep insights into my strengths, weaknesses, identity, and motivations. With this newfound self-awareness, I set forth on a transformative journey, guided by a senior leader who became my mentor. Together, we navigated real-world scenarios, embracing continuous improvement at every step. Along the way, I uncovered my innate drive for knowledge and leadership, reinforcing my passion for growth. As I progressed, I successfully completed eight leadership modules, each milestone shaping me into the leader I strive to become.


Journey to understand that we are replicating the real world
My journey at Kautex began with uncertainty—I joined the Smart Process Development team without a clear understanding of what it entailed, and the team itself was unsure how to leverage its data. Determined to make sense of the challenge, I uncovered the underlying problem, crafted a proposal, and took action. I collaborated with students, built a team by hiring a data scientist and a data engineer, and secured early validation.
At a pivotal moment, I presented my work to the VP of Engineering, which led to an invitation to the Global Leadership Meeting. That exposure set off a chain reaction—more people learned about my work, and I was selected for the Strategic Business Review. There, I had the opportunity to present Kautex’s digital business strategy to the global CEO of Textron.
The momentum continued to build. I showcased my work at the Engineering and Innovation Day, where the entire company recognized my contributions and saw the validated part produced for Rivian. With this growing clarity, I began shaping a digital replica of the Tech Center, mirroring real-world R&D processes. I integrated a machine with a digital product developer, a digital dataset recommender, and a digital mold designer.
Through this journey, I finally grasped the true essence of AI—it is the process of replicating the real world and extracting recommendations from it. What began as uncertainty evolved into a transformative realization, proving that digitalization is not just about data but about mirroring reality to drive innovation.
